The Federal Government Commissioner for Matters relating to Persons with Disabilities has an Arbitration Service pursuant to Section 16 of the German Act on Equal Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities (BGG). The Arbitration Service is responsible to resolve conflicts between people with disabilities and public bodies of the Federal Government.
You can involve the Arbitration Service if you are not satisfied with the answers you receive from the above-mentioned contact options. The aim is not to find winning or losing parties. The aim is rather to find a solution to a problem together and without going to court, with the help of the Arbitration Service.
The arbitration procedure is free of charge. You do not need legal advice.
